Women Only Kickboxing


This is not a watered down kickboxing themed aerobics class – this is a real kickboxing training program. Female students will learn proper defense against strikes and how to use their hands, feet, knees and elbows as offensive tools. This program offers the same benefits of our world class kickboxing curriculum, but for women only!

Kickboxing is a combat sport that combines kicking, punching, clinching, knee and elbow strikes. We foster a balanced training program that has been developed through a rich competitive history. Our academy kickboxing curriculum has been developed over decades of training and competing all over the world. We have helped hundreds of individuals reach their personal fitness and competitive goals. You cannot help but get in shape with our fast paced and energetic classes.

Our Women Only kickboxing classes focus on the proper technique and conditioning that one would need to climb into a ring to compete or to defend themselves if ever necessary. We have sent athletes from our academy competition team across Canada and the USA as well as to parts of Europe, Africa and Thailand.
