Kickboxing is a combat sport that combines kicking, punching, clinching, knee and elbow strikes. We foster a balanced training program that has been developed through a rich competitive history. Our academy kickboxing curriculum has been developed over decades of training and competing all over the world by Michael Foley and the academy competition team. We have produced many champions of the sport and have helped hundreds of individuals reach their personal fitness goals. You cannot help but get in shape with our fast paced and energetic classes. Open to men and women, our kickboxing classes focus on the proper technique and conditioning that one would need to climb into a ring to compete or to defend themselves if ever necessary. We have sent athletes from our academy competition team across Canada and the USA as well as to parts of Europe, Africa and Thailand. You can be sure that what you are being taught is effective because all of our academy’s kickboxing instructors are actual competitive kickboxers with extensive competition experience.
