Located in the city of St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, we offer training in Gracie Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Kenpo Karate, Greco Roman and Freestyle Wrestling. Backed by the Foley family's 35 years of full time dedication to the martial arts, we are the largest and most established martial arts academy in the capital city. February 25th-26th: Kickboxing competition team takes three national title belts and two bronze medals home with them from the CASK national championships in Ontario.
October 29th: Daniel Dalton takes the - 71kgs provincial low-kick rules kickboxing title belt with a win over Matt Peyton.
