Murray Payne

Greco Roman and Freestyle Wrestling

 A wrestler since high school, Murray has trained at some of the top clubs in Canada including the Lakehead University team and University of New Brunswick. He has competed provincially and nationally on many occasionsions, winning a national medal in Greco Roman wrestling and defeating many top competitors. He has coached at the national level both for high school, and university, and worked with several MMA fighters on their wrestling.

 - Senior nationals (greco-roman) silver medal
- 4th place finish CIS Canadian University Naionals (defeated ontario prov outstanding wrestler/defeated future 2x CIS medalist)
- 2x Atlanic Champion (gave up only 1 point in the entire tournament)
- Mohawk Invitational gold medal winner (defeated Adam Smith ranked 5 USA)
- UNB Open silver medal (defeated high school nat champ/ future CIS medalist and junior pan-am medalist)
- Concordia open silver medal (defeated 2x Ontario champ/ high school national champ)
- Toronto Open bronze medal 
- Macmaster invitational bronze medal (defeated 2x CIS silver medalist)
- Ontario provincial championships bronze medal
