Our 2200 square foot facility offers:
- Fully matted training area.
- Change rooms with showers.
- Seven days a week of instructional classes. Note: Fridays and Saturdays are reserved for competition team and private training.
- Fulltime, accredited, certified and experienced instructors.
- Outlined, structured curriculums within all of our programs.
- Group, private and semi-private classes with certified instructors for all of our programs.
- Pro-shop (coming soon).
